These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Poppull (the "App") and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Poppull ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Poppull, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher) to use Poppull. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You can sign in with Apple, Google, or play as a guest. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@poppull.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
When you play as a guest, your profile is tied to a secret stored on your device. If you uninstall the App, clear its storage, or switch devices without linking your guest profile to Apple or Google sign-in, your progress, virtual items, and stats may be permanently lost. We are not responsible for any such loss.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Poppull on a device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Poppull is a survey-style game; you may submit answers, usernames, avatars, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, perpetual license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, aggregate, and use it in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Service — including using anonymized or aggregated answer data to power survey results, leaderboards, and game rounds.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Poppull may include virtual currencies ("Coins", "Gems") and virtual items. Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold, and have no monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the App. We may modify, manage, or remove virtual items at any time, and they may expire if your account is inactive or terminated.
Some features may be available for purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their respective terms. Once delivered, purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law or by the platform's refund policy. To request a refund, contact the platform where you made the purchase.
The Service — including the Poppull name, logo, graphics, sounds, code, design, and all related content (other than User Content) — is owned by Poppull or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited license in Section 5, no rights are granted to you.
Poppull is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party game franchise. Any similarities to other game formats are for genre reference only.
Poppull integrates with services from Apple, Google, and other third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately and your virtual items are forfeited without refund.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Poppull, its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or virtual items, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Poppull and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Poppull is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.
We hope to resolve any dispute informally. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@poppull.app and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith for at least 30 days. If we cannot resolve it, disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Poppull is established, unless your local laws require otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated in the App or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
